After posting some pics in the social media few of my fellow quillers asked for the tutorial... so here it is folks...enjoy and happy quilling.
Ganesha

This the actual image that I downloaded form the web. Enlarged it into 12*12 canvas size and traced it on the regular chart paper. Before Tracing I made some changes to the original picture Especially near the toes and near eye.

Entire project is made with 3mm strips(1/8 th inch strips)
apply glue on the border

Quilling

Tip: one thing I want to share is that Start working in one direction or else it will be difficult do behieve technique. I worked from top to bottom direction.

Second is that Do border to one part at a time and fill it with behieve. so that you will have enough place to keep your hands and move around them.

Quilling earrings with pendent Tutorial

Take four strips of your choice and cut them into half. Using glue attach the strips.

Using quilling needle start rolling.

Complete rolling the strips into Tight coil. With the remaining half strips make another tight coil.

Take the same four color strips(full strips) one each and one extra for the outer color.

Attached them and roll into a bigger circle for the pendent.

Now take the dark maroon color strips and cut them into half and make tight coils using quilling needle.

You need total of Thirteen(13) tight coils to complete the set.

Using the back of the quilling needle Make a coil as shown in the picture by applying little bit of glue before you start rolling.

This ring will act as bail for the pendent.

Arrange them as shown in the picture and stick them using glue

Once they are dried completely Using pliers attach Jump ring and hook to the earrings as shown in the below pictures.

Now the earrings are ready. Hurry.... You are almost done.... :)

Using Modpodge apply at least three coats (Apply each coat only after previous coat dries completely)

I attached lorials to give them royal look. If you want you can attach pearls instead.

Use stones to attach them in the center if you don't have them don't worry you can attach pearls.

Using cutter separate each stone

Using Gem tac attach the stones or you can use any permanent glue like feviquick.

Hurry.... You are done.....See how easy to make them....

Do let me know your comments ..... Thank you.......
